Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund by sending us an email on info@shopkuji.com within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will handle your request promptly. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

After confirming your request by email, the courier will contact you to pick up or exchange the items requested within 2-4 working days of the request confirmation.  

In case of returns, you will be refunded through bank transfer within 5 working days. 

Kindly note that delivery fees are applied in case of exchanges or refunds made.
